Prerow is organising a pottery market for the 27th time this Pentecost (Whitsun). The two-day market takes place on the grounds of the Darß-Museum.

The special atmosphere is unique and has been called by the artists and visitors alike as the “most beautiful pottery marketplace”.

Participants of the Pottery Market 2017 have been chosen by a jury in February. We are looking forward to receive your application for the Pottery Market 2018. Please submit your application with six 10 x 15 cm photographs, five of which are of individual pieces of your work and one a photo of your market stall together with a short résumé of your artistic career by the deadline of 31st of January 2018:

On 15th and 16th of September 2018, under the ancient oaks in the garden of the Darß-Museum in Prerow, more than twenty artists from the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and from further afield will be displaying their quality works of art made of ceramic, wood, glass, textile, paper, leather and metal.
