Harbour
Prerow has a well-developed communal harbour that is also used as a stopover for leisure boats touring the coast and the Baltic. It is located on the lagoon side at the end of the Prerow inlet.
Thanks to the harbour’s major commitment to the environment, it has been awarded the “Blue Flag” European environmental commendation for several years in a row.
The harbour also holds the “Yellow Wave” seal to allow for better recognition of its berthing opportunities and to provide information about the harbour’s facilities and the tourist facilities and attractions in Prerow. Prerow harbour was also awarded four stars in 2007 for its excellent facilities.
Along the Prerow inlet, guests can hire water bicycles, row- and motor boats and kayaks and lagoon boat tours can also be booked here.
The Blue Flag
Whenever it’s waving over the beach, you can go swimming with a clear conscience. The blue flag indicates water quality that meets our high environmental and safety standards.
